Dawood dedicated more than 40 years to the upkeep of Rondebosch and welcomed everyone with the warmest smile. All those who knew him or even just had a short acquaintance with him will remember that happy face and infectious smile.

Cape Town Tennis has lost its purest gem.
Dawood was born on the 10 December 1956 and started work at Rondebosch in June 1976. He had 44 years of dedicated service. Dawood was a man of gentle manner and absolutely dedicated to his work. We will miss him dearly. May his dear soul rest in peace.
