HOW TO ENTER TSA TOURNAMENTS

All players who would like to compete in TSA Sanctioned tournaments must be registered with Tennis South Africa.  This can be done via the SportyHQ website.

  • Visit tsa.sportyhq.com
  • In the top right hand corner, click sign in or Register
  • Complete the registration form with the information of the player.
  • Ensure that the contact information is accurate as this is used in all forms of communication with parents during tournaments.
  • Once complete, you will be directed to the payment gateway. The TSA registration fee is R330.00 and the membership runs for 1 year from date of registration.
  • As part of the process, you will create a username and password. WRITE THIS DOWN as it will be used to login to your account going forward.
  • As a backup, the site has the “forgot password” & “forgot username”

Once the registration process is complete, you will be able to enter any tournament on the online calendar, via SportyHQ.

  • Select tournament and click sign up.
  • The system would have generated a TSA number based on your date of birth and this is also reference to your age group.
  • The draws are displayed as follows:

 

  • BS10 – Boys Singles under 10 BD10 – Boys Doubles under 10
  • BS12 – Boys Singles under 12 BD12 – Boys Doubles under 12
  • BS14 – Boys Singles under 14 BD14 – Boys Doubles under 14
  • BS16 – Boys Singles under 16 BD16 – Boys Doubles under 16
  • MS – Mens Singles Open MD – Mens Doubles Open

 

  • GS10 – Girls Singles under 10 GD10 – Girls Doubles under 10
  • GS12 – Girls Singles under 12 GD12 – Girls Doubles under 12
  • GS14 – Girls Singles under 14 GD14 – Girls Doubles under 14
  • GS16 – Girls Singles under 16 GD16 – Girls Doubles under 16
  • WS – Womens Singles Open WD – Womens Doubles Open
