Covid-19 impact on Tennis in the Cape

I have had discussion with CTT EXEC who have been advised by TSA that all tennis leagues shall cease from now until schools return after Easter

From that aspect there will be no more scheduled leagues until further notice. It appears that this applies to club social tennis as well

Attached is the recommendation from Western Cape Sports Confederation that re-affirms that process.

With respect to our leagues we will freeze the current status and review in due course. Make sure you have returned all your scoresheets properly recorded to Chantal

Whereas we might feel that our tennis and the size of the groups are relatively small in the context of CR address  it is for the best that we follow that strategy while the next few weeks pass. We have the benefit of prior knowledge of the outcomes on the Northern Hemisphere.
